I am a first time customer. This was a great experience. I live in hawaii and my package arrived in 3 days. I like that you have to sign for the package. This is especially important as some items are too expensive to go walking off. The prices are great and the shipping is very reasonable with an option to rush the order for 2 bucks more. Awesome. I will say the pricing might be off a little. I ordered a family blood pressure cuff set. The product search result page has the price listed as one, cheaper price, but when you click on the thumbnail and go to the product page it says a different, higher price. The good news though is that they charged the cheaper price. Oh and the engraving is top notch. This place is definitely one of the better ones out there and the prices are cheaper than most.
