I had ordered a stethoscope and paid via pay pal, but never received a notification that medisave had received my order. I called them a few days later and it was stuck in processing and had never made it to the actual order fulfillment side. The customer service rep was absolutely wonderful and was so patient in working with me to get me my stethoscope! I will absolutely order from them again! Wonderful company!
