I was impressed by how fast my stethoscope was delivered to me! It was exactly as described and what I ordered. I also appreciated the email updates about my order. The prices are also very reasonable. I would buy from medi save again.

Awesome delivery, stethoscope looks in great condition

I ordered the Littmann Cardiology III and accidentally ordered the wrong color (nursing school fatigue???) and emailed the company and within 20 minutes they responded that they changed it to the one requested. This might seem small but many companies have horrible, slow customer service that does not communicate with one another, and my fear was that the order was going to be processed before anyone could send word about the color change. So yes it was my mistake, but a prompt fix on their part goes a very long way, and I was very pleased that I didn't have to be on the phone for hours on end. I received the product within 3 days (budget shipping), and I was happy that they required a signature for the item. This might be an inconvenience for some, but for such an expensive and small item, I felt very assured that the stethoscope was going to end up in MY hands and not a lurking porch thief. This stethoscope is absolutely incredible and is really helpful when doing assessments. I had a cheap stethoscope, which worked fine, but I realized that whenever I was trying to assess those with actual medical issues, I had a hard time deciphering between sounds. Not hearing "adventitious" sounds is fine when I already knew my "patient" was healthy (friends, family), but that really isn't going to be helpful when the person is sick. I decided it was time to step up my learning, and I am SO glad I did. This stethoscope amplifies the sound so much I seriously feel like I can almost "see" inside the body! In clinicals some of my classmates had a very hard time hearing a patient's heart because of very loud lungs, edema, other conditions, and they were using the cheaper Littmann (Lite, I believe). I used the Cardiology III and while the patient's heart sounds were certainly muted, I could still hear S1 and S2 very clearly. I am really excited to continue learning to identify different sounds with this stethoscope and am very glad to have made the long term investment!
