Vet student Daughter #2's Littmann Master Classic II lost its diaphragm while she was interning in a volunteer program in Costa Rica and Nicaragua recently - and by the time she returned a new one was waiting for her courtesy of Medisave. While we could have taken advantage of 3M's warranty, that would have required packing and mailing her entire MCII off to 3M instead of receiving it from Medisave two days after ordering.

Checked several web sites and this was the cheapest when shipping was added in. Also quicker than other sites for engraving.
