Littmann gave up on me and couldn't help - this place had my part, mailed it right away and in four days I had my scope back up and running. Only hiccup was the site billed me for shipping and so did PayPal. I believe they fixed the double billing right away but I haven't checked my accounts yet.

I ordered my stethoscope at 5pm and by 6:30 I had received a message that it was ready to ship. What?! That NEVER happens!! And I paid a whopping $1.99 to have rush order and it's ready in an hour and a half? That's crazy! I received it 2 days later, right on time! It is exactly as described and the personalization is so cute and correct! =) Thank you Medisave!!!

Last spring I tried to order a stethoscope from Medisave, but the company has a policy not to deliver to a hotel address and I was doing a locums. So out of luck. Recently I ordered two stethoscopes for a friend, and the experience was very positive. When one was out of stock, Medisave shipped the first and then the second at no extra charge. They used FedEx and I got inter net summaries of each shipment and a confirmation from FedEx when the packages were delivered. When I am in the market for medical devices in the future, I'll be checking with Medisave first.

I ordered 3 engraved Littman stethoscopes and all were delivered withing 24 hours. The quality is excellent and the price is comparable to other on-line companies. The only drawback is the steep shipping fee. Very satisfied!

I received timely updates about my purchase and shipment status. I had received my purchase the 3rd day. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
