I ordered a Littmann stethoscope, and it took a little longer to ship than I expected. A couple days after I expected it, I received an email saying the particular stethoscope I ordered was back ordered. It only took two days for them to get it back in stock, and get it sent out. It could be because of the holiday rush, I'll order from them again... I appreciated all the communication on their part (emails when order received, engraving, back order, item shipped, etc.) however and never worried I wouldn't get what I ordered.

Great service. My only complaint is that it took several calls to get through to a human.nce I got through the level of service was outstanding.

My only concern is the fact that the colors show different in the website than they are in real life. Maybe it has to do with screen's resolutions. But, other than that, I am super pleased on how great the service is and how fast the shipping and processing are.

Very quick delivery. I ordered a purple stethoscope and it's more of a dark blue instead. The engraving was a nice touch for free but some of the letters aren't as visible as they should be.

My order was delivered fast with no hassle. I love this stethoscope because it's easy to hear the sounds. My only reservation was with the color, i had a hard time choosing and when I received mine in the mail, it didn't look like the picture. Overall i would recommend this company!

I had no issues with this transaction. The product came when it was expected. I appreciated the engraving. Other websites charged the same price without that feature or wanted an additional funds for the engraving. Thank you!

Although the product was backordered and took awhile to arrive, it came packaged well and with the engraving was correct.
