The service was very helpful! The only thing that was a bit upsetting was that the site said the product was in stock and then I received an email the next day saying it was out of stock. But the turn around for getting it in stock was very quick!

Website was down the first night I tried to order, but the next day everything went great and the engraving was exact.

I knew exactly what I wanted. I found it easily, then ordered it effortlessly. I was able to place an order without signing up and saving payment/shipping info or creating a profile. I do not order stuff on a regular basis, so "checking out as a guest" is very important to me. I feel like I could have found a better deal on the Littmann Classic II SE, in fact, I did see it advertised for $10-$20 less before shipping. I did not search anywhere else before I purchased through Medisave US LLP. Because this was a gift, and I wanted this specific item ASAP, I purchased from the first place online where I found it. Shipping was very fast, and my item arrived sooner than expected. Overall, I would definitely use Medisave US LLP Again.

Ordering the stethescope very very simple and I love the option to have it laser engraved. The only problem I had was that it wasn't very clear that my order wouldn't get processed til the next day even though I paid for quicker processing. I'm assuming that it was after hours when my order went thru so I would've defenitely paid for quicker shipping to get it to me faster. Luckily I did get it when I was hoping. All that said, I would defenitely order here again.

I bought a stethoscope for my daughter, she is getting ready to graduate nursing school. The Stethoscope was engraved with her Name and turned out beautiful. I also order with it extra ear tips. The Cardboard Box that the Stethoscope came in was crushed and broken up and the Stethoscope was hanging out of the box. The plastic container that the tips were suppose to come in was broken to pieces and the tips were in the packaging. I Really liked the product, is is beautiful, but my GOSH change your shipping.
