I gave it a 4 star because the color i initially wanted got out of stock and no got back to me for other options. But after i spoke with the customer service rep, things were faster from there and i am satisfied with my 3M classic ii Littman stethoscope.

Great service Engraving can be improved by increasing the font size More coupon should be offered during holidays specially for students

Sorry you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. We do have a set engraving field for each model. If you have a long name we need to keep the font small.

I purchased this stethoscope as a graduation present for my daughter who is graduating from Medical School this May. I was very happy with the service I received. The only reason they didn't get the full 5 stars was because after I placed my order (for a blue trim) they informed me that they were out of stock, even though there was stock when I pushed the button to make the purchase. A better software design for the online purchase system may have prevented this. I will say that calling the help number in the email that informed me of the problem worked wonders. The person on the other end of the line was very helpful and quickly allowed me to change the order to black trim for which there was stock. As a result the gift arrived in time for me to bring it with me out to El Paso (a long trek from Dallas) to present to my daughter at graduation. Thank you Medisave.

Sorry for the stock issues. We always endeavor to have the most accurate stock count online but there are a host of reasons why that number might be off a few units - especially when the quantity is in the low single digits. We always encourage customers to contact us to confirm/reserve stock if they have a specific due date. I'm glad everything worked out.
