Box is crooked upon delivery not good for a $417.00 item. It is a gift don't know about damages yet since it has not been put to use.

Easy transaction, Fast delivery but the color of the Stethoscope Case which is shown on the webpage was soooo different from the color I received. Actually, I don't like it at all. I ordered the purple one but I received a strong violet case :/

Good company however when my transaction about putting the coupon didn’t go thru the customer service didn’t respond immediately.

Guess I have to get used to using this stethoscope.. it seems that if the volume is turned up so is the artifact; which distorts the actual sounds you are listening for

My experience with Medisave was overall pretty smooth. I spoke with customer service a couple of times and they were very responsive and helpful - above average compared to many other customer service departments. It was fairly easy to ship out my stethoscope, and they returned it promptly. However, the engraving of my name was crooked. One side of the engraving nearly covered the Littmann text that was already on the head piece. The other side was noticeably lower. It was also lighter text than anticipated, but they do warn you that the text may not appear as it does in the picture. It's a bummer since the engraving is now permanent on a stethoscope I plan to keep for many years. Lastly, the cost of the process is sort of deceiving. I was stoked when I saw the engraving would only cost $9. Then I had to add return shipping, fine - I chose the cheapest I could at roughly $9. Then I also had to pay to have it shipped to the facility through USPS - also chose the cheapest option at roughly $9. Overall I suppose it's not too pricey for an engraving ($30), but I wish they were more upfront with the total cost.

They were unable to provide service to our house, due to our location. They told us we would have to install our own (telephone) pole to place their receiver in order to get a signal.

The only problem I had was that I paid for over night mail and I received 3 days later I never got my money back for the over night charge. But my purchase was in perfect shape.

The quality of my stethoscope was exeptional. I was very impressed with the engraved name on the chest piece. The price for the stethoscope was very good. In my shopping around, I haven't found anything cheaper. The reason I have rated this a 3 is because I could not find anywhere on the website how many days to expect for my order to arrive. So I was left wondering about it until it shipped. At that point, usps sent me a tracking number and an expected delivery date. And also, I want to mention that there was nothing that told me I had to be home to sign for the package when it arrived. Unfortunately, I was gone at the time that they tried to deliver the package. I had to go the post office the next morning to pick it up because of the signature requirement. If I had known that a signature was required, I could have arranged my schedule to be home, or could have had someone else be there to sign for it. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my order and would recommend this company, except for the lack of communication with shipping.
