Unfortunately the original item was on back order with the manufacturer and we are happy the color was able to be changed. I am concerned the engraving was not done and we would like to have the oportunaty to correct that and get that process taken care of right away. We're sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. We try to standardize our engraving so it doesn't vary from stethoscope to stethoscope. We use an Arial Bold modern font which has the best readability. Single symbols can be challenging depending on the stethoscope and the symbol. Some people want the symbol small and inconspicuous but we understand that you wanted the symbol to be more prominent on the chestpiece.

Betsy, I'm sorry for the trouble with your package. A signature is required for all our packages (except 1st Class mail parts, etc.) This helps ensure proper carrier service and provides the necessary proof of delivery required for personalized medical equipment. I know how hard it can be to reach USPS. We do have other shipping options available but in order to offer free shipping USPS is the cheapest carrier option (I guess you get what you pay for). I do see that your package was finally delivered. If you were to reconsider buying from Medisave again we would be happy to look at other shipping options for you.

Chris, I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your order. Digital, online images are always challenging. Every computer screen will show them differently - even the light in the room can change the tone. While we can exchange the tubing - once the chestpiece is engraved they can't be return it to regular stock. We could take it back with a restocking fee. I will email you the details.

We want to assure you that having a signature required when your expensive item is delivered is our way of making surte you receive your order. With a packaging being left on a door step or lawn, you would have no recourse if the package goes missing. Once we email your tracking number you do have the option when you see the delivery date, to leave a note for the post office to leave your package without signature if you choose. you have the right to assume that responsibility. Our top priority is your receiving your product /products you paid for and your satisfaction . We hope you can see the benefit of this service in the future. Mohsin, Sorry for the delay in your shipment. According to our records the package was shipped January 15th and USPS delivered it on January 24th. That is longer than expected - even for the non-guaranteed Priority Mail service you selected on your order. It is my understanding that winter weather in the Northeast had a ripple affect across all of our carriers' service.
