I was very pleased with my purchase of a Littemann stethoscope. However, I paid extra for same day processing and 2 day delivery to receive it by Christmas. That did not happen. We received it on the 26th.

Overall this company is legit in selling their products in a easy and fast way. The product I bought for my loving girlfriend whom is going to become a nurse is very happy in receiving the gift I bought her. The only problem I had with the transaction was that it took 3 days for the payment to clear when I used PayPal and thought it would be just in a day. I was hoping to look forward to giving the gift on Christmas day but I had to give it 3 days after Christmas. So maybe a improvement would be processing transaction faster. I understand I could of paid more for shipping but in the end who wants to, and I did pay a little extra for it to be rushed ASAP. In the end I'm happy that my girlfriend is happy and that she enjoys the product I bought from you guys. Thanks again and I look forward in buying a better one in the future for my girlfriend with the deals you guys have (:

The laser engraved name is so small. Barely notice the name.

Fast delivery except when I tried to call them on the day after I ordered it that I couldn't get through the busy phone signal. But at the end I got my stuff.
