Fast delivery Item was as described the only complaint I had was a 5% off coupon code that I used but when I had to go back and make an adjustment on the item I purchased it said I could no longer use it.

I ordered the Littman 3100 electronic stethescope. It came very promptly and was just as beautiful as it looked online. I was very pleased with my product. Only thing I wish the laser etching didn't seem so fragile, but other than that perfect.

I made a mistake with my billing information on my credit card. I received an E-MAIL informing me that my order was held. I called and left a message and the next day my call was returned, but as soon as I answered the call was disconnected. Minutes later I receive another attempt and it was disconnected as well. I was disappointed that no one tried to contact me at a later time when their service was better. I sent an email and the next day I was contacted and giving confirmation of my purchase. I was pleased with the second attempt, but Im sure I would not have heard back from them had I not made another attempt to get through.

They were out of the style stethoscope I wanted but when I called to find out why I hadn't received my order the customer service rep was great:) the only reason I didn't give give stars is bc I wasn't notified via email of the back order. Will use company again though.

My order was delayed due to product non-availability but was shipped quickly when in stock. Product that arrived was as advertised. However, I did send an email within 24 hrs of order about a change request in the inscription but this request was never fulfilled. The email I recieved was a basic mass email but they never replied about my specific request.
