Overall I loved the product, the engraving was perfect but just a tad disappointed in the delivery time. Website says once they get it, they ship it back out within 24 hours, mine took 3 days to be processed and shipped out after I called to check on my order.

This product is exactly what was ordered. Nice, light weight, comes with extra ear bud changes and a diaphragm cover. I also got my name on it, which looks awesome and just adds that needed little extra touch! The only downside was that it was supposed to come with a lung sounds/educational disk, and it didn't come. Contacted the company and the woman who handled the problem was rude. Don't offer it to come with the product, and then get mad when I call to say it didn't come.Overall excellent product. Very pleased.

Love the new stethoscope I ordered. Great quality. Turn around time was next day - awesome! Ideas to progress: - watch your coloring. The royal blue looks more like blueberry. - the engraving font is pretty small. Would be nice if it was larger. Otherwise, I love it. Thank you!

Thank you Kristen :) Colors can vary depending on your screen settings and the font size does depend on the model ordered since the surface area varies from each stethoscope model. The stethoscope I wanted was fairly easy to find and all I had to do was click the color I wanted. I was able to engrave it for the least expensive out of the other companies I found. I know it is a Littmann certified dealer. The only minor bump is that the shipping options were expensive, but my order came early when I selected the rush processing. Thanks!
