The case is bigger than I thought. I thought it was smaller than it really was when it arrived. Over all I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered what I needed and got exactly what I ordered very quickly. However, I called customer service for two days, tried to "live chat" with them three times, and emailed them. The only way I got any response was through email and it took eight days for that. (By that point, I already placed and received my order.)

Great Speed, and product. Pretty lame on the engraving it is smaller than the mfg. Lettering and awfully hard to see.

I have no complaints about Medisave, other than the stethoscope I ordered was quite a bit darker than the one pictured. I wish the pictures showed more accurately.

The scope I ordered was very nice. My only bug is that the blue tubing looked bright in the picture, but almost looks teal on the item in hand.

I wish the color had been more close to what it looked like in the picture. Ordering was very easy and shipping went smoothly and without a problem. Will buy from them again.

Best pricing for Littmann stethoscopes that I've seen around and really cheap laser engraving! 'Regular' shipping was super fast-- I think my package arrived in 2 days (and I didn't pay for any upgraded speeds). The only negative was the packaging itself... the Littmann box was placed into a regular USPS plastic padded mailer, but the box became completely mangled during the shipment-- I guess there was way too much room for the box within the mailer. At least the stethoscope was in good condition (as far as I can tell).
