I bought a Littman stethoscope for my niece. She was pleased with the item. It was reasonably priced, and I liked that you offered engraving. Only issue I experienced is when I placed the order I did not get a confirmation email for 4 days, and when I went to my account on your website to check the order status in that time period, I did try to do the Live chat but no one replied.

The service and the item I ordered was wonderful, shipped quickly and had no problems. The engraving that we order was ok. It was small and difficult to decipher ( we went with the standard size ans font) also had a heart put at end of it and it just looked like a hazy blob. For the $ I spent for the engraving.it was a big disappointment.

The products have great prices , but not the Fed Ex delivery , pay for delivery in five days and have not brought home , and they tell me they do already , I will cancel my order ... I 'm really upset

So I purchased a littmann classic ll SE stethescope and I ordered it in the color "pearl pink" well once I got my stethoscope and I opened the box it was not a TRUE representation of the picture online. The actual color is dull and not pictures as the light pink.

I had no issues with medisave whatsoever. In fact, compared to all the other medical supply websites, this was the most organized, up to date, and user friendly. My main issues are 1) the engraving is much smaller than you would think 2) for medical students who are already taking out $200,000 in loans not including interest, purchasing decent supplies is a must and I would think that such a fine distributor such as Medisave would regonize this and either a) partner with medical schools to give discounts b) partner with 3M etc and find some wiggle room for discounts or c) give the discounts with a valid .edu email address and understand that by being the ONLY company that provides medical students with a great discount means increased presence across the continent (Facebook, blogs, emails - re: where should I buy my medical school supplies?), increase name recognition and increase future customers both new and repeat.
