I have had so much trouble getting ahold of them. I ordered my wife a Stehoscope for Christmas and it had some credit card hold. I have contacted them numerous times in order to fix it and nothing has been done for it.

Ordered a grey replacement rim for my infant stethoscope and paid for "rush" and while I received the item in a timely manner it was the wrong color-black!! So I sent a message thru their website and got a reply the next day with an apology and assurance that the correct color rim and a return envelope would be sent to me-almost 2 WEEKS later I STILL do not have the correct item and my latest message to them as of 5 days ago has gone unanswered! Very frustrated and disappointed with Medisave.

Worst shipping rates!!! No way it cost that much to ship something and then you want to charge even more to process faster?!?! If I'm paying sooo much for shipping can't I just save my $2 and you process it for free? Crazy! In the future ill save my $$$$ and buy from amazon.

I ordered the all black edition Littmann Classic II SE Stethoscope. I also asked for the stethoscope to be engraved as it was a gift for my wife. The engraving looks horrible as they failed to mention that being the all black edition the skull icon I asked to be engraved has a known issue of not turning out well. Instead they engrave the stethoscope and shipped it to me. Now they want me to pay the shipping costs to send it back since I am not happy with the way it turned out. Quality control goes along way and for Medisave they are more worried about money than making the customer happy. I could understand if I mispelled something and it was engraved exactly as I spelled it, but this is not the case. Both the Manager and Customer Service Rep along with the Engraver in the UK all know that the skull icon turns out horribly yet they still engrave it and ship it. Very poor customer service!!!

Dear Jason I have spoken with Rob in our team who explained that he requested a photograph of the product to ascertain what had happened. He has said that initially, they thought you may have had a cardiology model which the skull tends to appear quite small on due to the smaller surface area for engraving. It appears you have the Classic II on which symbols usually engrave well. From the image sent it appears to have been engraved exatcly as you specified. However, as a goodwill gesture, Rob offered to replace the entire stethoscope free of charge with no restocking fee, engrave it without the skulls, and pay for the freight to return the item. He simply requested that you send the original back and after you put the phone down, he did reiterate the offer in an e-mail. I ordered a lightweight Litton with engraving when it arrived the chestpiece was PLASTIC! The engraving was cheap-looking and not centered. They also didn't state that delivery would require a signature which isn't convenient for people who work during the day. I had to drive to the FED EX station and pick it up. What's the use in ordering online if you have to pick it up yourself? I posted a complaint and was told to send a picture of the product with the engraving and I've attempted to do so......THREE TIMES and it is returned stating the pic is too large no matter how much I crop it. I would never, ever order from them again. Bad product and even worse customer service is a combo I will avoid. There's too many other options out there.

Dear Michelle The Lightweight does feature a plastic chestpiece which is what makes it lightweight and it the preferred option of many nurses. We are happy to send via the delivery method opted by the customer of which a number are available - Fed Ex do require a signature, but we are also happy to ship to work addresses if the customer prefers. Hi, I ordered a stethoscope from their website and was promised a delivery within the next 3 business days. I provided the company with the correct postal code. Somehow, someone in the company decided to change the postal code for which I got a notification for. I promptly replied and told them that I had provided the correct postal code to which "Redigo Mateo" replied and confirmed that he had made the changes to the postal code to reflect the correct one. I have email evidence from Redigo for the same. 2 days later, i get a notification from Canada Post stating that my package is sitting 2 hours away from my home because the postal code on the package was wrong. I had bought this for a friend who has since left the country and I dont even want the stethoscope anymore and requested a refund. It has been 15 days not and I have sent them two emails and contacted the online customer service but no one has contacted me yet. If someone from customer service is reading this, please note the following for reference [#OCM-329-20750]: Re: Stethoscope.ca: New Order # 100025097. After all else has failed, I am forced to write my outrage here.

I had an issue with my order and had to call customer service. Since they have horrible hours for someone who lives in central time zone and works full time, I had to resort to e-mailing. Each representative that I was in contact with was rude. They told me what the problem was and when I contacted PayPal about it, both PayPal and myself were extremely confused because what they were saying was the problem on PayPal's side was not a problem at all and PayPal had all the needed information and had actually approved the transaction 3 days prior. When I told the customer service that they basically just said well that is what the problem is, even though I just said it wasn't a problem. It was very confusing and frustrating especially since PayPal did not have a problem and they approved the transaction. I was very irritated.

I had a code for 10% off my order and my code wouldn't work so I called customer service and they told me to go ahead and place the order and in the comments box explain what happened and they would take 10% off, well thu didn't. I have record my item and it is great but I will NEVER recommend or buy from them again due to the horrible customer service.
