Robert (CSM) was very tentative and patient while assisting me. My order was out of stock, but they still ensured I got it in a timely fashion. The best stethoscope that i had ever! It amplified the sound 30x with background noise cancelation and Bluetooth connectivity, amazing! i had to pick up the package at USPS cause i missed it when they delivered the first time, 2nd & 3rd time. My signature was required thats why. Medisave just want to make sure you will get the package by yourself. Its hard to just lost a $300+ stethoscope. Pricey but worth it! Definitely 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
