wouldnt apply a discount code I had. shipping rate listed when checking out was different than actual shipping rate charged. This was a gift for my daughter who it a medical student and was supposed to come with a code for a e-learning code for the instrument for free and it was not there. package was sent 2 day priority for delivery 12/26 and was lost by the post office so although not Medisaves fault the package was not found and delivered until 12/30. the picture of the engraving was a little misleading and I thought it was barely visable when it arrived but my daughter disagrees and is happy with it and that it all that matters.

They have a very decent prize and a good product. I like it. I will recommend this site to everyone. Totally worth it.

Everything was great, the price, the selection, the engraving, the quality, and timely delivery. The only problem was the color shown was not the same in person. I was expecting a coral color, an orangey pink, but what I got was a bright pink color. The stethoscope is great quality, it was a gift and pink is not the recipient's favorite but orange is, so I was a little disappointed but it has her name engraved on it, so it is what it is.

Great product but website was difficult to navigate.

I ordered a Littmann stethoscope that was displayed on the website as being "in stock." After I placed the order, I received an email stating that my desired item was not in stock and could be swapped to another item or cancel the order. I swapped to my second option and they upgraded the shipping to 3 day for free. I think a better maintenance of the inventory should be in place, because the first choice is what I really wanted. The shipping upgrade was nice as an apologetic gesture. Also should take a look at how the company decides to package items for shipment. While the item itself was unharmed, the box was crushed and unusable, even for storage of the item. All in all I'd say that I may do business again with this company, if I can't find what I'm after at a better price anywhere else.

I really like that medisave has great deals! Saved alot. I like that they had great customer service and my order got here pretty fast. I wish I could have added a few more characters to my engraving, the limit was a little shorter compared to other companies.but overall I had a great experience with medisave.
