I recently spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager regarding my stethoscope and the incorrect bill along with missing pieces. I asked him for the supervisor's direct line and he simply gave me his name and said he could be reached at the normal number. Incredibly disappointed. This is the first time I have made a purchase with MediSave and I think it will be the last.

Serena put it on the order but it had already printed so we issued a refund after. The missing item was the student voucher which is out of print so he emailed you a .pdf copy. Very bad experience. Bought a stethoscope and was sent a wrong one with laser engraved and now they are telling me it's my fault and they won't exchange it. Not coming back here ever again. If negative stars were possible, would have given those......buy somewhere else......

I ordered and it stated 5 days, either way 5 days business days or otherwise I was going to get my product within a reasonable amount of time and today is the day I had to have it and day 5 and I don't have it and I have been trying for days to contact Medisave and still have gotten no response.

I was disappointed with the engraving. I can barely see the name in which I had engraved on the stethoscope. The "Made in China" is bigger than "Christie" which I requested be engraved on the stethoscope. I will not order from you guys again.

Dear Erin The engraving size is completely dependent on the surface area of the chest piece of the stethoscope and some models do not have a very large size to engrave on. they advertised with Google as free shipping and refused to honor it. Customer service emails went unanswered until they were answered with an email claiming I never replied.I would not recommend this site, nor will I shop here again. I will await contact from you, but I have sent multiple emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. There are literally dozens of emails, most which are unasnwered. I will provide copies of all them to you if you so desire.
