I have only used the 3200 for two days. It is so much different to use. I can't believe how much better I can hear breath sounds and heart tones. I have noticed already that it randomly shuts off. That is irritating when taking a blood pressure. The website said that if you bought a stethoscope you would get the case at half price but I was charged the full price. I am not happy that an extended warranty can not be purchased for the 3200. $400 is a lot of money if the stethoscope only lasts for two years! I am not satisfied with the engraving on the stethoscope. I bought my cardiology stethoscope seven years ago on a different website. My name was put on the tubing of the stethoscope and is very easy to see. I have to really look to see the engraving on this stethoscope. That was disappointing to me. Jill Cunningham, Hospice Nurse

I ordered a Littman Cardiology Master Stethoscope. I like how you can engrave symbols on the chest piece. The engraving was fast and shipment of the order was fast as well. I chose budget shipping, but it took significantly less time than expected to receive the product. 1 recommendation is if you could do the engraving on the larger chest piece portion.
