I ordered a stethoscope for my cousin who urgently needs it. i paid over $30 for next day delivery and my product was shipped to my personal address even though i had a different shipping address on their website when i ordered. i noticed that when i tracked the item and informed medisave to change the shipping address. i was informed it will be changed but nothing was done, the item was still shipped to my address instead of my cousin's. i requested for a refund of the shipping fee and nothing was done!!! Very bad customer service!!!!

Initially when I tried to track my order, I couldn't log on to my account, the password I created and the password they provided didn't work. I did not receive my order even after the expected delivery date so I called the number as provided. No body answered my call and was asked to leave a voice mail. I did so, with my questions, order number, order placed date, name and contact number. BUT neither did I receive my order nor any call or email.

I ordered the Lithium 3M gray stethoscope and to my surprise I received a broken ear buds on the stethoscope. The order status as well was never communicated properly to me. I would probably consider other retailers from next onwards.

I purchase an item form their website. I paid 94$ and never received the item. They do not respond to my phone calls. Tell me please can can I get my money back?

I was so excited to find a scrub store that was cheaper than the rest. I bought three pair of scrub pants and it took two weeks to get two pair. It said the third was on backorder but I was never told how long it may take to get them. After one month I questioned it. After two months I started to get frustrated. After three months I contacted someone and just got a different color. I assumed that since it was their problem that they did not have the color I wanted that they would ship my last pair for free. Nope, I got charged for shipping again. If they would have kept in contact with me I would not have got mad but since they never said a word to me and I had to contact them I thought that was unacceptable. Also paying again for shipping when it was their fault is unacceptable.

I didn't like the way the customer service guys spoke; they never replied to my emails within 48 hours. They took a week to reply to e-mails. They said 28 available in stock but in real they were out of stock and took 28 days to ship. WORST SITE EVER. WON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY

Almost everything was ok except for the engraving service Both in the electronic and the paper bills they put a big question mark next to the name requested to be engraved, This is disrespectful and rude to say the less. Not acceptable, I expect an apology
