I love the stethoscope. But I thought the engraving would be on the outside. Having it more visible than it really is.

Wish they would have specified which of the stethoscope lengths was "standard" on the order options page because I picked the wrong one and now my new stethoscope is way too short! Why why why couldn't they just have had something on the site because it is super annoying! And of course I got it engraved so I can't return it. Otherwise no issues.

Ordering was very easy. Products came as described in the website. FedEx tracking always updated. Price was reasonable compared to other website selling the same exact product. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

My package was intact, items were very nice quality and nicer than expected. Only disappointment was that I paid for one day shipping because I needed the gift ASAP and I was not informed prior that MediSave would require a signature for UPS to leave the package and I was not home, thus resulting in not receiving the package until 3 days later because it was a weekend and they would not try to deliver until next business day and then I needed to have it delivered to a UPS store because the signature was needed. It was just aggravating that I paid for express one day shipping and basically didn't get the package in time because a signature, that I wasn't informed about until after the attempted delivery, was required. It would be nice if MediSave informed it's customers that they would require a signature because I wouldn't have selected the express shipping because I knew I wouldn't be home to receive. So long story short I feel that I paid for a service for no reason. Other than the shipping problems, which caused me not to have the gift in time, I was satisfied with my purchase.

I was very happy with the quick service that was provided - I ordered the Littman Cardiology IV as a gift for my daughter graduating as an MD, and I had it engraved and it was shipped out later that same day!! My only issue was that I didn't realize I had to sign for the scope at time of delivery - maybe it said it somewhere on the ordering site, but nothing jumped out at me or else I would have had it shipped to my work. USPS wouldn't even leave it on my front porch when I signed a note asking them to do that - I ended up having to leave work to go to the Post Office to pick up. I understand the reasoning because it is an expensive product, but I just would have liked more of a warning that signature was needed at time of delivery so I could have picked a different delivery location. When I finally picked it up at the PO, I was amazed at how nice the stethoscope looked - the raspberry color is beautiful and the engraving is perfect - I can't wait to give it to her! Would definitely order from your company again, and refer other people to you also - now with more shipping knowledge :-) I chose your company because I liked the hard case that I also ordered for the Littman - and your price was very good. Thank you!

I recently ordered this stethoscope as a gift from my dad to me due to my recent graduation as an RN. engraving is cute, a little disappointed it falls near the Littman words, but RN after my name doesn't disappoint. I tested the stethoscope and it seems to be sufficient for what I will be using it for. Can't wait to pass the NCLEX to use it in actual practice
