I had ordered a Littman's stethoscope through them and I paid EXTRA to have it engraved. I opened up the package and there is the stethoscope but no engraving. I called them the following day and they sent me a return label and the woman instructed me to send through UPS and they will get it and send it back within 3 days. I have yet to receive the package - I called and spoke with a P.O.S. supervisor ROBERT and I asked him to refund me for the amount that I paid to have it engraved and he said he can't! But could give me no logical explanation as to why. This will be the LAST time that I EVER order anything from this company ever again. Terrible customer service especially around Christmas time!

It would be very nice to have gotten my stethoscope delivered without a signature required. Now I have to make a special trip to post office to get this item.

Wrong part of the stethoscope was sent to me. This is after I talked to your sale lady. Your website is very hard to navigate and very confusing.

Ask to other companies because Medisave US LLP can fail

Fast shipping but incomplete . Does not send any update when to send the item. I had to call and call.

I ordered a stethoscope from this company on the 8. Received an email on the 9 that my order had dispatch. I tried to track the package on the 9, 10 and the 11 but was unable because USPS could not locate the package. Contact the company only to find out that my package did not ship yet. Sad to say but I would not recommend that you buy from this company.
