Easy and fast transaction! Only problem was that my package was missed by the carrier on the 1st day of pickup. Other than that, everything was great and package still arrived on time and great condition

I had an amazing experience with Medisave, I chatted and phoned an agent at some point and they were both very helpful. I bought a littmann cardiology IV stethoscope with an engraving and Medisave was impressively quick to deliver. The only complaint I have is that I bought the Caribbean blue color and when I received it, it was wildly different tone of blue than what was pictured in the website. Had I known it was that tone, then I would've for sure ordered a different color. So the tone of color on the site was wildly misleading. And now I have an engraved stethoscope im not happy with :-( Still using my old one in the hospital actually...

Very fast delivery but the shipping cost was quite high "standard shipping" for a very small package.

The product was exactly as I had ordered, no problems there. Anticipated arrival was June 17, but didn't get here until June 20. Not the company's fault (rather that of the carrier), but would have been nice to have it when expected.

I had an issue with my purchase, and they helped me out smoothly. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars was because the quality of a case I bought was disappointing. I would definitely use Medisave again.

The only reason i decide to make purchase from this website - They let you laser engrave and make custom/personal gift. I ordered Pediatric Stethoscope as gift with custom engraving and it was perfect. I would have given 5 start if they provide free shipping. I anyways made purchase worth more than 80-85$.
