I have bought several times in Medisave, I appreciate the price and the quality of the products they have. In my experience a have several issues when i was in my cart and trying to pay. I selected some products and the next time when i enter they like deleted or something. The second issue I get is when searching products a get and error because it didn't find any product with my criteria like for example "Littman" and no search results, I restart my browser problem solved but I really get angry about this because my cart was deleted twice. But in product is the Best of ALL. Thanks

Dear Phuntsok I have spoken with the team and it appears one of your stethoscopes was sent to another customer in error who was kind enough to alert us and so we immediately notified you and sent a replacement to you which we hope you have now received. We sincerely apologise for this incredibly rare error. We process hundreds of orders a day and it appears on this occasion a packing error was made. I can't believe its been about 3 weeks since I ordered two stethoscopes and one came with the wrong engraving. I have tried to contact and send pictures and I have received inadequate responses. I e-mailed them back and have not received a response 10 days. I first contacted them 19 days ago. Update: Phone support solved the issue. Email support was the culprit of this bad review. A replacement chestpiece was sent for replacement. --> upgrade review to 3 stars. You all should improve your email support.

I ordered my stethoscope because of the enticement of laser engraving free of charge which I am very pleased. However, I realized after I had ordered I forgot to check the box to get the free student information from Littman. I tried calling the day after I placed my order and couldn't get through so I tried using the live chat and couldn't get through so I sent an e-mail with my request for the information for the free student pack. Still no response. I again tried calling and the phone system would not recognize any of my options I entered and could not get through to a live person. After several tries I did finally get through to someone on live chat which seemed as though I was ignored with long pauses between conversation to finally get what I needed.

I was able to replace a ring on my stethescope which I have had for 30 years! I was so happy until I saw the receipt in the box. This cost was not revealed in four emails sent to me either. The cost of the product was less than $5.00 but shipping was more than $80.00. When I called, the gentlemen that took my call could not have been nicer. He stated that this happens when the customer places the order. Somehow the way the website is set up, it allows you to pick a service to ship your product overnight. I order items on line frequently and was aware that I only wanted USPS shipping, which was free. He said that one of the departments usually picks up on this. This problem should be fixed immediately! Even if someone wanted the faster service, this is an outrageous price for shipping. Please be fair to your customers. We are in the health field doing a good thing, don't take advantage! Please!!!!

Dear Trina I am very sorry to hear this and of course this is very rare - we will look at the shipping charge in this circumstance and rectify if this hasn't already been done. I have also advised our IT team to look at the why this happens and will report back accordingly. I am very unsure why it changed to $80. On checking the site just now the delivery defaulted to $3.99 for the USPS service so I am looking into this for you in case this was a technical error as it doesn't appear to be happening now. Please be assured when I have an update I will post to let you know what has happened. Please accept my sincere apologies. Kind regards Melissa Denton UPDATE: Out IT team have tested the site and the delivery for this item defaults to $3.99 on USPS option. The $80 charge would have to be manually selected and normally would be picked up by the processing team as most people would certainly not want to pay this amount on such a small item - our sincere apologies for the oversight. The shipping costs are provided by the different courier services and we have to include all options as some customers do require and item by 8am next day and are occasionally willing to pay for that service if urgently needed. I received the stethoscope I ordered in good condition, however, the packaging/box was crushed on one corner. I believe this could have been avoided if they put the product in a box instead of a large flimsy envelope.

It is most unusual and I imagine can sometimes be the consequence of handling during she shipping process as we endeavor to ensure everything is well packed. We use padded envelopes as this keeps weights and dimensions to the most cost effective size for shipping and ensures the customer pays the minimum amount for postage, shipping and handling fees. Nice item and fast turnaround with free engraving but the shipping was way too expensive and i wasnt suppose to have to sign for it but i did which made it a late gift because i missed the postman on first delivery.

Even with shipping (which varies depending on location and service selected) we pride oursleves as being very competitive especially when you factor in the free engraving service which other companies charge for. We also give a number of choices for shipping services in order to be able to provide best priced options. We shall look into the delivery option selected on your order and see what has happened with regards to having to sign for the item but we find many customers prefer to sign for their parcel for peace of mind especially when it is an expensive gift.
