I bought a stethoscope,which came perfect, but I also ordered a case for it, which I received with 3 very large oil stains. It looks like it's been used. It was supposed to be a time sensitive gift. Medisave would not pay for overnight shipping to make THEIR mistake right. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from anyone that doesn't respect their customers. There are plenty other sellers willing to provide what was paid for. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ORDERED A LITTMAN STETHOSCOPE FROM MEDISAVE. I RECIEVED IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS, SHIPPING WAS FAIRLY FAST AND EASY. ONCE I RECIEVED MY STETHOSCOPE I NOTICED YOU COULD ONLY HEAR OUT OF ONE SIDE. THE LEFT SIDE HAD FANTASTIC ACCOUSTICS, WHILE THE RIGHT YOU COULD NOT EVEN HEAR THE THUMP WHEN TAPPING ON THE BELL. I WAS VERY SUPRISED BY THE ISSUE AS THIS IS A $170 STETHSCOPE. SO I WAS HESITANT ABOUT USING THIS SITE TO GET AN EXCHANGE, BUT THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. SO I CONTACTED MEDISAVFE ABOUT THE ISSUE. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO RETURN THE STETHOSCOPE, AND THEN ONCE THEY RECIVED IT THEY COULD EITHER REFUND ME OR EXCHANGE IT. THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN I HAD EXSPRESSED THAT I START NURSING SCHOOL IN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO RETURN IT AND THEN WAIT TO RECIEVE ONE BACK, AS THIS WOULD TAKE ALMOST TWO WEEKS. ESPECIALLY WITH THE RISK OF HAVING THE NEXT ONE BE DEFECTIVE AS WELL. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHICH I THOUGHT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE, BEING THAT THEIR ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVCE WAS TERRIBLE. THEY IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM TRIED TO KEEP ME AS CUSTOMER. I EXSPRESSED THAT I WAS GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE IF THEY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE ME BETTER, AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS. SO I HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWEHRE AND WILL NOT USE THEM IN THE FUTURE NOR DO I RECCOMEND THIS SITE.

Ordered thing worth $350 it contained 3 Litman Stethoscopes and 3 bags for them. I didn't receive the full package and things were missing. Instead of 3 bags there were only 2 in the package. I talked to them and they said they are going to send me the missing package but its been more than a week and haven't still got the missing item. I can wonder how this big company can be so careless when it comes to delivering right stuff to their customers!!!

rkaiser(at)medisave.net Robert Kaiser (Dir. N. American Operations) Unfortunately, Is not a customer advocate. A new item delivered with shipping damage was determined not to have enough damage to warrant a replacement. Instead, an offer to refurbish the item is made. How is this acceptable?

USPS system says its been delivered. But it hasn't. I don't know what to do. My tracking number is: #9400110200882943273610

I received a personalized Littmann stethoscope that cost $224. The diaphragm is lifted up on one side. I emailed the company and it took 3 tries because there are several different emails for customer service. They simply told me that's how the stethoscope is supposed to be and did not even request to see any photos. I was unable to send a photo because the email was blocked on their end when I tried to attach one. I have used numerous stethoscopes in my career and I have the same exact one and it does not look like that. I have tried to contact them again multiple times and have not gotten a response. Then I got this email with a link to review my experience with their company! So it's going to be bad. I don't expect to pay $224 for something that is of this quality. They had to see this problem when they were personalizing it but they sent it to me anyway. I wish someone would contact me at this point I don't want a replacement I want a refund.

My order is almost 5 days late. I chose FedEx, who lost the package and it took them 2 days to locate it. I had to tell the Fedex operator the cities that were listed on the tracking website. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE with FedEx and MediSave.

I never received my order. Sure would be nice to get a refund... Or at least the items I purchased.
