I really wanted the Raspberry Littman cardiology III stethoscope. On their website it listed 17 available so I expected a smooth transaction. Contrary to their website, my order was put on hold because they were out of stock. I had to call them to pick a substitute color which I was quite upset over. The customer service is friendly and helpful but the wait time was ridiculous. I was supposedly the 2nd person on hold and it took well over 45 minutes. Another time I called I was put on hold as usual but while I was on hold to speak to a representative it went to a voicemail because I had to wait so long that it passed their closing time. The overall experience was fustrating. The positives are: customer service is friendly if you can get a hold of them and shipping is relatively fast.

I was on hold to speak with someone at the help desk for over 40 minutes...need I say more. An then the order did not make it before Christmas. I understand there was some confusion with the cc but they had my phone number. A call would have saved two days of emailing. I still don't have the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOur processing was timely, don't know how about the product is 'cause it hasn't arrived yet. . Shipped on 12/17 and not here on the 24th. Maybe by the 27th on 3 day USPS priority mail. What a waste of shipping expense!

I had some issues contacting the company with a problem in my order. I received an email alerting me of the problem and asking me to respond yet no one responded to my requested email. That was disappointing and an inconvenience, but the product was good and I'm glad I bought it.

I already sent an Email with my opinion. It was like this: I received my Littman Classic II Stethoscope in the color that I chose, but It was suppose to be engraved. Very disappointed. My wife works in a hospital and I want hers to be a little "different". Maybe it is not a big deal for you guys but it was for me. I feel cheated because was "free" according with the web place. To late now. Merry Christmas.

I love the stethoscope and how well it works. however, I ordered the ocean blue which looks sort of like a pearly blue in the picture on your website and its actually more of a really dull baby blue.

The advertised picture of the klogs was different that the shoes I received. I returned at postal cost to me. The size of the replacement shoe sent to me was wrong and I had to send it back at a second postal cost to me. $17 was wasted on postage as well as time. Very bad experience.
