I spoke with Sandra and was assured a product would arrive next day. The product did not arrive the next day despite paying what I was instructed to pay by Sandra. When customer service was contacted they denied having ever given me the next day delivery date that they had promised and did nothing to correct their error. The color swatches are misleading on their website.

Still have yet to receive my package they require a signature even when i left a card signed on the front porch due to my crazy nursing hours i am unable to be home to sign for the stethoscope and they will not arrange anything for me!!!! Just want my cardiac 4 stethoscope

I ordered a lamp for my nursing graduation and it arrived broken. It was obvious that it was shipped that way because there was no pieces of the broken lamp in the box, which would be in there if it broke during transit. I contacted them immediately and asked for a replacement, and let's just say that it is now 5 days later and no one is in a hurry to send me a replacement. The people working the chats can't do anything but send off tickets which are not dealt with in a timely manner.

There was no way to know whether components ordered would be correct. When they arrived I soon learned that they were not compatible with my Littman Cardiology II model. When I called to seek a correction I was told that there was nothing they could do, and to call Litttman.

I ordered three items one of which was an expensive stethoscope. All three items were loose in the box. The small watch was completely out of the package, the stethoscope box was not secured shut so the lid was completely off and the stethoscope was half out of the box with the reflex hammer now entangled with it. Update: 11/10 been promised three times that someone would get ahold of me, still waiting.

I ordered a Littmann 3200 stethoscope from Medisave which arrived broken/not working. Medisave will not replace it so I have to ship it to Littmann's repair service at my expense. Do not order from Medisave.

I found out the hard way that FedEx overnight doesn't include Saturday delivery with this company. I placed my order @ 0300 to insure that it would be here on a Saturday. Received an invoice stating estimated time and date of delivery is Monday by 2000!!! Chatted with a representative that said courier don't deliver on Saturdays!!! What country are you seriously serving?!?! I paid $24.99 for FedEx overnight. Finally was able to talk to a human working at FedEx they explained that Saturday delivery is available for overnight delivery for only $16.00. So, not only did you overcharge me for overnight shipping but flat out lied about American couriers!!! When your website states the time and delivery options for a Saturday delivery for overnight shipping. When I pulled Medisave policies in the midst of fine print it stated that a Saturday request has to be made via phone call and oh no refund is available for shipping!!! I hope the product that I purchased is not as shady as your service!!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased a nearly 400 dollar stethoscope from them, and I called them wanting to return it because it didn't work as advertised, and they would not take it back and refund my money. I am very dissatisfied and now I'm out 400 dollars, and I still don't have a working stethoscope. Just great. Don't waste your money!
