Took way longer for the stethoscope and engraving to arrive. They sent email asking if I wished to have a different product to which I replied and yet I heard nothing. The engraving finish was poor quality and it was not even fully engraved. A pure disappointment to be honest. -__-

I was charged twice for an item. I only bought one thing and yet,I was charged twice because of an error with your system . I made several inquiries and even though the only invoice I received said one item, I was not given a full refund. I had picture and video evidence and it was of no concern to the relevant staff This was very unfortunate and unacceptable as it was an error with your company

When I made my purchases there was option to pay $2.99 to make an a priority-shipping and this item took about seven days to arrive

Price was right but shipping has been a pain. Website said in stock and I received a tracking number the very next morning but 24 days later and still no product. I understand the time of year and delay in shipping however USPS tracking app shows that even though I received a tracking number the next morning the package was not actually dropped off or picked up until 8 days later.

Product looks good. Delivery was slow

Ordered multiple items, wasn’t aware 2 items were out of stock. Help up my entire order nearly a week while those items were stocked. Gave 3 stars because when I called, customer service was helpful and made sure they went out the next day.

Quick turn around ... decent engraving. I understand that what you choose to have engraved is not going to show up identical to the images online. Medisave needs more actual examples of finished work. I would have chose something else had I known what it would look like. More attention to detail is required of the engravers - one of the stars on my scope is missing a point. It looks like it’s worn off. Looks sloppy. More attention to detail and a higher level of care is needed in shipping and handling also. I shipped my stethoscope to medisave in a box with protective materials. When I shook the box - couldn’t hear anything rattle inside the box. My stethoscope was returned to me in a cheap bubble envelope mailer! Instruments worth hundreds of dollars should not be mailed in a cheap bubble envelope that can easily be torn or punctured. Who really trusts postal services that much? No one should ... it kinda says y’all at Medisave don’t care ... an envelope is cheaper to mail but it is not in the best interest of our stethoscopes ... especially in my case - you could have reused the packaging you received it in. Imagine Littmann packaged their stethoscopes for sale in envelopes ... disaster! We would all stop buying Littmann. Edit/Response: “sufficient” means bare minimum to me. It says the bar is 2 ft high and will aim for 2 feet. When I interact with patients my goal is always to exceed expectation.
