It took over three months to receive my order and was never notified my order was out of stock considering it was in stock when the order was placed

Ordered and paid for a stethoscope in December. Told available in January. Never contacted with update. I emailed inquiring- was then told unavailable- had to order a different one. Not good communication especially since they already were paid fir the item. Not pleased.

Ordered an Eko stethoscope which was supposed to come with a case. Company sent stethoscope but no case and never responded to my inquiry via their helpline. Poor customer service.

I purchased a Littmann cardiology iv then sent it back to be engraved. After two weeks I had to call to check on my order. They found my stethoscope mixed in with the returns they rushed to get it engraved and send it out the same day. I got it back not looking at all like the template on their website, it’s crooked and too close to the stem... It looks horrible and they don’t see an issue with it. They did however offer free stuff. Free stuff doesn’t fix the problem.

Ordered on the dec 10. They didn't shipped the item till the 18th and caused it to not make it for Christmas. Now Jan 5th and the item just now arrived at USPS distribution center in my state.

Ordered over a month ago when I finally got the shipping notice took 3 days just for usps to accept it. Now says package will arrive late and it's been 10 days since it shipped. Was suppose to be a christmas gift but now will have to see if it even shows up and when I try to go to Medisave's website says site cannot be found.

Edit: I did finally receive my order and the stethoscope works fine as far as I can tell. I understand COVID messed up many deliveries for this company, but waiting for 4 weeks for something that should have been delivered in a couple of business days is unacceptable. I hope this issue will be resolved in the near future. I ordered my stethoscope on Dec 1st, and received it on Dec 28th. I called MEDISAVE several time and the answer was always "you should receive the order in the next day or so". If the money for this order had not already been taken taken out of my bank account, I would have ordered via some other company. Not giving a one star review, because I was able to talk to someone from customer service. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company if you need your order in a timely manner, or at least until MEDISAVE has resolved their delivery issues.

Communication is too vague for comfort (received email that an item was back ordered but no idea which one). After 3 calls, I finally got an answer. Was told item was shipped On 12/4. Shipping label was never made until 12/11. It has still yet to arrive. I’ll be surprised if I actually get it at this point.
