Didn't receive case that I ordered.

I recently ordered a Littman Classic III Stethoscope from here, and though my item was on back order, I was given frequent updates on the status of that order. The company was very hospitable and helpful. As soon as the shipment of my stethoscopes arrived, they engraved and shipped mine to me. It arrived within 2-3 days in great packaging. Overall a great experience! The only reason I gave this four stars as compared to five is that when I was looking at different stethoscopes to buy, it seemed as if every one I liked was out of stock/on back order. Couldn't the company keep more in stock? Or if the stethoscopes are more popular, keep more of that stethoscope in stock and when it gets to a low enough number, order more before stock is completely out? Overall, though, thanks for the great experience!

My stethoscope is very nice. However, when I purchased it I did not see anywhere that it required a signature upon delivery. I work during the day and missed it being delivered twice due to being gone. I tried to change the delivery with the usps, but they refused to leave it without a person present. This resulted in me not having a stethoscope for a week at work!

Overall I am pleased with my interaction with Medisave. I have done two transactions and both went without issue. I will do business again.

I was impressed with how quickly I got my product in great packaged condition. My only suggestion would be to offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. My purchase was close to $200, and still had to pay $9 for shipping! Otherwise, great experience!
