The personalization on my stethoscope is dark in some places and almost too light to read in others. I also got the medical staff following my name and it just looks like a blob. Definitely not worth the money and I never would have done it had I known what it would look like. I feel like I ruined my almost $200 stethoscope.

I'm rateing this a 1 star not due to product but due to company. I paid for this item to be delivered and was told no problem on this. Watched it show up to fed ex in my town before the holiday and still didn't get it till the following Tuesday. Why pay for something if your not gonna get it. Pointless. Thanks for ruining a gift as well as I have to send it again because family left Monday before it got here. Thanks for costing me shipping twice. One is understandable but get it to me when I pay for it to. Called fed ex and said the company didn't want it delivered before the holiday because it wasn't specified. Well it was when I paid for the shipping. Very inconsiderate company. Fail in my book.

I am not sure what has happened but this may well be down to FedEx - we would not have specified that we wouldn't have wanted the item delivered before the holiday so I am not sure where this information has come from. I am sorry that you have not received the level of service that you would expect but I am sure there is an explanation. Took several attempts to successfully place my order online for a stethoscope. Once I submitted my order I realized that I did not have it shipped to the correct address. I contacted the company by online chat right away to get the address changed. He got my info & said "someone will get in touch with." But never heard back from them. i even paid extra to make sure I get it in time bc it's a Christmas gift. Never I will order from this company again. I will pay a few buck more for better services next time.

I ordered a stethoscope with engraving and I received it extremely oily and as if the handler didn't bother to properly put the stethoscope into it's case properly. It looked as if it was just thrown in the case and forced shut. When I contacted customer service they had to get a upper level team member to email me and that took 4 days just to get a response which is unacceptable. After I received an email from the upper level Medisave team member for a return, they just forwarded me to the returns team. It has been 1 week now and Christmas is rapidly approaching and still no response from them. I am never ordering from them again. Seems like customer service will make no attempt to make things right.

They decline my card in the first time bacause it's not amarican car, Secondly I order 4 stethoscopes with engraving and I received it all without engraving!!!!!! I complained about it and the one who communicate with me was the worst one I ever talk with! I really don't know me feeling but it's awful. I know one thing, that I will not order again from you, and sure I will tell my friends about this and not recommend you to any of my medical staff colleagues.
