I thought I order my stethoscope with my name engraved on it. And when it showed up at mydoor there was no name on it.

I ordered and paid for a stethoscope which I knew was out of stock. However, I found that I had to inquire multiple times as to when stock would be replenished. The manufacturer had not yet published a date. I expected a periodic email indicating progress or lack of progress in the order. Instead, I made inquires to customer service and was able to find out delivery dates.

I did not receive part of the package and still have yet to get a response from the HELP team.

The color that was on the computer does not match the actual tubing that comes on the stethoscope.

It was alright. Was excited to get my order but was not informed when I ordered it that it was on back order. Instead, I received an email a few days later that said additional information from my card I was paying with was needed and if not responded to, would cause order cancellation. So I called and it wasn't that at all, was told it was on back order and the wrong email was sent. I elected to keep my order and when it finally arrived the box had some damage, the scope was nice but didn't have good definition to the icon inscription. Overall, alright... Just glad to finally have my stethaoscope that I've been needing for awhile.

I wanted to order a stethoscope for my daughter so I went to the Medisave website. Found what I wanted and went to place the order. Tried several times and it kept clearing my information and coming back with red starred areas. Then I get an email an hour later reminding me I have something in my order box. I go back to the site and try to order again, no success. So I clear everything out and decide to wait a day. Try it again, meanwhile I try to phone in an order. The information tells you to leave a message and they will return your call. I try the "contact us" area on the website and I get several emails noting that they have received my information. After several days of this process, I do finally get a return phone call. The gentleman was extremely helpful, my order was processed and received promptly. But it took me several days and multiple contact attempts before I finally was able to place my order.

Overall I think your site is great, great deals and top quality stuff. However, I think your website needs tweaking when it comes to ordering stethoscopes. There should be a more intuitive way to know if your order is placed. You should be able to place the order THEN engrave it. Not the other way around.

I wish that I had a better reply from their customer service email message. I placed my order and I had my order shipped to the billing address and not my work address, I caught it after the order was plalced, sent an e mail. NO REPLY to see if it could be changed :(. Took 3 deliverys to my home address before I recieved it.
