I ordered a rainbow stethoscope
I ordered a rainbow Litman engraved stethoscope, for adults and I was sent an infant stethoscope, im too embarrassed to even use it at work, be mindful of your orders before placing them.

Wrong Item
I'm unsure if I read the item incorrectly or what exactly caused the issue, but I was expecting an insufflator bulb for an otoscope and received a bulb to pump up blood pressure cuffs. I'm fairly certain the wording implied I was purchasing the right item and the image appeared to be what I was expecting, however what came in the mail was something else.

Horrible
Probably one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Purchased a stethoscope for my daughters birthday, was supposed to be delivered before her birthday, it was not. I had to run to a medical supply store to purchase another one. After inquiring I had discovered that someone in their shipping department messed up my address. When I called them they told me it was my fault.. apparently I was able to get my name and zip code right but I " accidentally " typed in the wrong street number, the wrong street, the wrong city and the wrong state. I've never lived in Washington DC and have no affiliation with anyone in DC. They refused to accept the fact they messed up and continued to blame me. To this day, I have not received a package to my address. If you have to deal with Robert Kaiser, good luck, I wouldn't buy a band-aid from this company.

The order came through to us with the address in Washington, we did not amend this and would not have any reason to consider the address might be incorrect unless we were advised of this by the customer. It sounds like there may have been an issue with the address auto-filling to the one given when your postcode was entered. We are sorry that you have been inconvenienced by this, however it would be your responsibility to check the delivery address is correct when placing an order. Sent Me the Wrong Stethesope
I received my stethoscope right on time, but was very disappointed when I noticed it was engraved with the wrong name. I called customer service, expecting them to ship me out the correct one right away.... but no. Due to their mistake, I had to drive to the post office... purchase a box to ship it in...return it to them, and only after they received and "inspected it", they would ship the correct one. I am also very unimpressed by the quality of the engraving. I have seen much better from other companies. I added a symbol to mine and you cant even tell what it is because it is so small and there is no definition to it. I wish I could attach a photo to show how silly mine looks. Don't waste your time or your money like I did. Littmann however, is an awesome brand as always and the functionality of the actual instrument is superior.

Accept order when item are out of stock and missing another item.
I wasn't told that 1 of the item I ordered was out of stock and didn't even tell me on email that the item wasn't shipped. another item (pen light) wasn't in the package, when I called, they insist it is in thew same box as the stetoscope but I still couln't find it .

Not recommend at all
If you are in a rush, simply don't rely on their rush service. They were completely unresponsive with the delivery on time, after I contacted them they said that my card was declined, I called my bank and the bank stated that the order was deducted from my account. Simply unbelievable! Not recommend at all and would avoid any other buying with them!

Hello, Our card processing partner took the decision to flag this as a suspicious transaction - they then reversed the charge. Looking into this further - this action was triggered by the order actually originating from an IP or VPN in Russia with delivery to the USA. They use a scoring system and this was the main factor for them holding the transaction. If you would like to place the order via a verified PayPal or Amazon Payment account - we can process and ship on a next day basis! Kind regards, Medisave

I have paid for engraving and to fast delivering and they not send my stethoscope with the name.
