Product selection very good. Model instrument I wanted was in stock, ordering process good. This was to be a Christmas present, so I paid for and got quick, timely delivery. Instrument was in perfect condition on receipt. I would use this company again.

Had a broken stethoscope, replaced the tubing for half the price of a new one.

I received my order a day sooner than expected which was nice. The stethoscope was packaged in a larger box because I ordered a pod case as well. (Turquoise with smoke finish) Happy with my order overall. The disappointment was in the engraving. Compared to the engraving on stainless steal, the name is barely visible especially in comparison to the 3M Littmann stamp, and at most angles the name looks faded on the top. I already reached out to Robert and he stated he is aware of the issue. Stated it is a shadow issue that was not a problem with the cardiology III. He also stated they are awaiting the new cardiology IV smoke....which is what I have, so not 100% sure what is meant by that. I would recommend anyone purchasing the cardiology IV to either avoid the smoke finish or don't waste the money on engraving it.

Thank god for their Black Friday sale to help me save even more! Overall it's a fantastic company. Everything shipped and arrive in a timely manner; however, the only flaw was how the shipping was handled. I received my stethoscope with the packaged enveloped damaged. Didn't expect it to arrive in mint condition, but having a few tears and significant holes in the packaging was unexpected. Would've preferred a box, but oh well, item wasn't damaged.
