Dear Biana I am awaiting a response from the representatives who dealt with your order and will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible with a full explanation. We aim to protect the cardholder at all times so any variance in address/zipcode mismatches automatically place the order into a hold batch to verify details. It would seem we followed the correct procedure but I am wondering why your order has taken so long to get to you. This may well be a courier issue so I will do my best to find out and update you accordingly. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and can reassure you our system is completely secure when it comes to using credit cards. No card details can be viewed at any time - we simply have an automated system which indicates whether all card details match. No details are visible. We hope this helps. Hello, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the engraving. It should be impossible for the engraving to be off center as the machine is fully jigged and templated. Please could you send a picture to our customer services who will investigate this further. Its worth noting that the software centers the engraving on the middle character - in this case the N and the . - this may trick the eye into appearing off center. In terms of the size of engraving - we engrave this in the same place and size of all of our competitors - the head of this model is small and this dictates the size of the engraving. The mark is permanent, legible and should prove to be a very good security mark. Your engraving should match the online examples provided. We do not vary the size of the font for engravings with less characters. Please send in a picture to our customer services department and we will provide further assistance with your comments. Dear Adam I am so sorry to hear you were dissatified and can assure you this will be dealt with today by one of our customer services representatives who will contact you to ensure this is rectified. Please can you e-mail us a photo if possible so we can establish what has happened? This could be down to the manufacturer misengraving the cantering. The Littmann name is not always equally spaced around the perimeter of the diaphragm. We use a very precise machine and process and as you can see from responses below this is highly unusual. Obviously we want to esnure you fiancee is happy with her product and we will endeavor to sort this out today.
