I ordered a few items from this company. When I received my package I noticed one item was missing. I then proceeded to check my email to find out the item was sold out. I wish they would let their customers know if an item is sold out that way we are not useless waiting for something that will never arrive!

Great deals but the color of the product was deceiving. The color in the pics is way different then the actual product when I got it in the mail.

I was pleased with my purchase from Medisave for the most part except that I ordered something and have not yet received it in the mail yet because it is backordered. This is a problem for me because I will need that item for a scheduled program starting in less than 2 weeks, I really hope I will receive it by then. I wish, because of the item it was, I was offered to possibly change the item, like by a color that was available and could have been shipped with my other purchases. So disappointed so far

A coworker recommended this site when I needed to order a new stethoscope. I found the exact one I wanted for a much cheaper price than I'd seen anywhere else. I chose to have mine engraved and it is beautiful! My only complaint is that my stethoscope was shipped in a padded envelope, not a box. For the amount I spent on shipping, and the price of the actual item, I expected it to be more safely packaged. The actual Littmann box was dented up when I opened the shipping envelope. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

My item was supposed to be a present for my wife for Christmas. She received it the day after because the item was on hold and not in stock. This was not told to us on the site. Only after we ordered it was it made evident that the item was on hold and they had none in stock. I do not know why it was not replaced sooner if the item was a popular one. That is the point of staying on top of inventory. Otherwise shipping price was way bettet than allheart and the prices were great. I would order from here again.

I ordered a Lavender littmann stethoscope. So I expected a light purple like my sister has but I really got a dark pink/purple so I was disappointed on this. I rated them 3 stars because they got my order to me within a week.

I was disappointed. I ordered and paid for the Identification ID Tag and also to have it engraved. It was not engraved. Enclosed was an envelope and form to fill out to have engraved plus the cost which I had already paid. On the invoice it says it would be engraved and dispatched same day. I received the metal tag and it was not engraved. It is supposed to be a Christmas gift. Thanks.
