I bought a stethoscope from here and paid the extra $29.95 to have it overnight delivered. I FINALLY received my stethoscope 4 days later! Won't buy from here again!

Well I first attempted to order a stethoscope using PayPal however you sent me an e-mail back saying that the addresses didn't match or something like that, so the next day I went back onto your site and just used my credit card to pay for the stethoscope which worked out well. I received my order in a timely manner, the engraving said exactly what I wanted it to and it works great. Two weeks later I receive a FedEx package with another exact same stethoscope that I originally ordered and my PayPal account was billed for it. So I assumed that because my first PayPal payment didn't go through that the first original order would be cancelled, however it wasn't now I'm stuck with two identical stethoscopes.

Update: it's already the 27th and still no update on my package. Really frustrating and sad. They tried to contact me only to tell me things I already know by looking at the tracking page. So disappointed with this whole experience. They also told me to contact USPS MYSELF so I did and spent about 40 minutes on the phone with them and them having to get back to me in 2 business days. So so so not worth it anymore in my opinion. All this stress and hassle is not worth the "cheap" prices. They also said it takes longer because it had to get shipped to Hawaii but I don't think it should take this long. It's absurd to have paid the amount I paid for shipping, especially when it's so unreliable. Great prices, would buy again if shipping werent so horrible. It's been about 10 days and I haven't received my order yet. Disappointed because I paid $15 for this and it was supposed to arrive on the 19th, it's already the 24th and I still don't have my items. If it were free shipping, I would have been less concerned but I'm paying for this and it's ending up to be a bad waiting game, even tracking is not up to date.

I ordered 4 shirts from Medisave and was super excited when they arrived the next day, only to find out only half my order shipped and I would have to wait an unknown amount of time for the other items, as they were back-ordered. The lack of communication will make me hesitant to order from Medisave again.

Unfortunately it has been over a week since it says my product was shipped, but still no package. Hard to rate a product you haven't seen.

Order # 10010353 Not happy about the shoes I ordered they were too big and I have to pay to have them returned. I am paying for shipping for my order both ways. Your company should have paid return labels. i will not order again from Medisave :(

Stethoscope tube was extremely sticky. I returned it for an exchange. Will write another review once I receive a new stethoscope.

Medisave did not tell me that the scrub shirts I ordered were back ordered until after the package arrived via an email explaining a refund, reason being a back order. What makes logical sense is to inform the customer when the package is processed, in order to provide enough time to order the scrub shirts from elsewhere or to even cancel the order entirely. I think that they waited to inform me so I wouldn't cancel my order, then they can make their money while I scramble to get matching scrub shirts
