Nam, I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. It looks like your order was placed on Saturday, January 20th and even with the Free Budget shipping (which has a five business day processing window) we shipped your order on Tuesday, January 23rd. Looking at the USPS tracking it does look like the package was misrouted causing a delay. An attempt to deliver was made on January 29th but with no one to sign for the package a notice was left. It looks like final delivery was made on the 30th. We do entrust our carriers with the proper handling and delivery of our packages. It seems like the one-star review should be directed at the United States Postal Service.

Dear Swati, Thank you for leaving us a review regarding your recent order with Medisave. I have looked into this for you at it appears that this order was fully dispatched on the 3rd December 2018, when we re-opened after the holidays. You had placed the order on the 31st December 2017 during the period when we were closed for the holidays, as advertised on the website. I have had a look into the tracking reference and it says that USPS have attempted delivery on the 8th January 2018 at 11:54 am. They left a notice and attempted redelivery on the 11th January 2018 at 11:21. As all our parcels require signatures as proof of delivery please contact USPS to re-arrange delivery that is suitable for you. I will also email you the tracking reference and the link you can use to re-arrange delivery. Overall, I think a 1* review is harsh for this order as USPS have attempted delivery twice for this order and within the timeframe of 5 working days when the order is dispatched. Unfortunately the couriers are very busy at Christmas and there can sometimes be delays.
