The only thing I did not like is the engraving. It's tiny! You can hardly see the engraving and it doesn't even look like it's engraved, more like a stamp that might rub off eventually. Very disappointed.

I got a stethoscope with a laser etching on it and its not very clear.

Everything was great. Love the product. My only issue was that I payed for next day overnight shipping and payed 30 bucks for it, but because it was Friday, I still didn't receive my package until Monday afternoon. I shouldn't have been allowed to chose the next day option and pay that much money if the delivery wasn't going to be possible for the next day due to the weekend. So I was pretty much out 30 bucks for no reason. Other than that, very pleased.

I purchased the cardiology III stethoscope in the color coral pink. The product is of course a quality product. The engraving looks nice. I do feel that the color was not properly portrayed. It looks more like the color salmon to me.

My order was cancelled,for an unknown reason, I had not received my order in a timely fashion and called to find out this. The order was redone and was shipped the same day. I am just glad I decided to call, since I needed it for work.

I am happy with the quality of my purchase, but I am highly disappointed that the color indicated on the website looks NOTHING like the stethoscope I received. I ordered seafoam green and the stethoscope I got is a metallic darker green. It was very misleading.

I received a stethoscope case that was damaged. I left a message and got a message from a representative the following work day, I send pictures of the damaged item, and still had to return damaged item before they could send me a new one. Didn't have to pay for shipping but I did pay a few dollars on repackaging in sending the damaged case back. It's been almost a week and I'm still waiting for a response or my new case. The other items I ordered were in good condition and I received those promptly. Not to happy because I bought a nice stethoscope and want to keep it in its case to minimize wear and tear.

I only received one item of my multiple order This is the second time my order was incomplete.
