Aroma, Sorry for the trouble with your shipment. It appears that an attempt was made to deliver this package (USPS Tracking 9410836895232451403425) on August 9th but as no one was available to sign for the package it was returned to your local Post Office. The carrier should have left a door tag indicating where the package is being held and giving instructions to either pick up the package or arrange for redelivery online. Did you receive the door tag? Becky, I apologize for the trouble with your order. It appears we had two issues with this order. While we endeavor to process and ship all orders quickly and with care it would appear that with your order we achieved the former but not the latter. As expressed through our emails I'm sorry for our oversight in missing the engraving on your order. As discussed our options were to get the stethoscope back for engraving (at our expense) or refund the engraving fee you were charged. You chose the refund which was processed on May 11th. The second issue was with stock which is, regrettably, out of our control. Our scub inventory is always subject to constant change by the manufacturers regarding fabric, style, color, etc. The specific scrub top you ordered was determined to not only be out of stock but, in fact, discontinued by Cherokee. I apologize for the length of time that it took to make this determination (longer than either of us would care to wait). Again, we discussed the options of selecting an alternate item or a refund. You again chose a refund which was processed on June 14th. Lenore, Sorry for the trouble with your package. It appears from the tracking that the package is still being held at the Post Office though determining which one can be a challenge. A signature is required for all our packages (except 1st Class mail parts, etc.) This helps ensure proper carrier service and provides the necessary proof of delivery required for personalized medical equipment. All carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a package but some may require notification. All carriers are supposed to leave a “door tag” after the initial delivery attempt. Signing this slip does count as a signature. The carrier will leave the package with a signed door tag and the customer does thereby assume responsibility for the package. This door tag can also be used to arrange pick up of your package at a local facility. Some carriers will accept a hand written and signed note as a delivery signature but this is very much at the driver's discretion. USPS also offers a dynamic, online tools that enable our customers to track, received notifications and even sign remotely for their packages. Jon, I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your original order. If we sent the wrong product or it was defective we would pay to get the product back but in a case like this we do ask our customers to pay the freight to get the item to us for exchange. We also sell these cases on Amazon and return freight for exchange would be the responsibility of the customer through Amazon as well. To be clear, you are free to use any method of return freight you desire – USPS 1st Class Mail would be around $3. While we do recommend a traceable means of shipping (these packages do go missing from time to time) it is certainly not a requirement. We did receive your return and it has been exchanged for the color you prefer and reshipped back to you at our expense.

Victor, We again apologize for the delay. As we've discussed we are actively working on your behalf to determine what has happened to the package that our carrier, USPS, has misplaced. We do rely on our carriers to properly handle and deliver the packages we entrust to them. Once the status of the claim we've filed with them is determined we will provide replacement or refund.
