Budget shipping was a bit confusing
Budget shipping was a bit confusing. It says guaranteed in 5 days, apparently, that means guaranteed shipment in 5 days. Still, product was delivered in 10 which is usual for "budget shipping". The product is everything I was expecting, love my new stethoscope.

Mr. Trama, I am sorry you were slightly confused about the shipping. Your comments about how long it took for the stethoscope have been raised to the staff. Apologies for that delay, you should have been contacted regarding the delay in shipping your stethoscope. Still, I am glad your happy with the stethoscope in the end. Great product. Timely delivery. Didn't get my 5% discount promised. But they told me on the daily where my shipment was by text and email. And it was delivered to my doorstep.

My first order was cancelled by their …
My first order was cancelled by their security software because the shipping address state was different than the billing address state (I was sending the item as a gift). The charge was posted and then credited to. Y credit card. I called customer support to explain. She said to reorder then call back to ensure the order would not be cancelled. When I placed the second order, the item was on backorder. I emailed customer support about when the item was expected in. He said it would be available in a couple days and to let him know the order number. He made sure the order went thru, emailed me when the order was shipped. It arrived quickly.

Shipping was fast ,and product was as advertised.It was a genuine brand name stethoscope,not a cheap knockoff.But,it was very expensive.
