good morning , I have just received my order # 1900013875 but only arrived three stethoscopes without the snap FOR PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY III BLACK & wanted to know what was the reason, because I pay for the product , I remain attentive to your answer thank you very much

Yes I was not satisfied. While the shipping was great, they offered some shipping options I couldn't afford due to I am student and I need to buy just what I need, I got the item within two three days. I am glad I didn't pay any extra on that because I am sure I wasn't not goanna get it any sooner than I did. No I did pay 7 dollars to have my name engraved on the metal part and I feel that was a waste. The Engraving was small, very light you could hardly see it, specially when you put it next to the Littman engraving. That was a disappointment. One more thing, the color make sure not to go by the pic, it does not represent the true color you are choosing. I thought mine was going to be some king of silver color but it ended up being something else. In a way that was my fault I should of chosen a more neutral color. Communication wise, I spoke to someone online (IM chat) who was going to put a ticket for someone to call me or contact me, that did not happened until three days later. Not the best communication skills I guess.

Website was not allowing me to order bandage scissors when I called up they seems to have been blocked. I had to order my products through the phone service and it took Forever, nor was I offered a discount for going through all that

It would have been 5/5 if things didn't tak so long to come. And if more help was offered online, instead of through upper management

The perfomance is good. However , there are soce edge / crack around the pastic circle which cover the stethoscope.

I do really love the price of the stethoscope I received and the engraving was a nice touch! But the only downside to this purchase was that my package was unsealed and open. I'm not to sure if the student gift voucher was included or not.

I ordered an engraved tag for a scope. It is a nice, well made product. however I was not happy with the shipping, the website advertised same day engraving and 1st class shipping. My order took 13 days to arrive at my door. Not what I expected.

Ordering was easy,price average,ordered engraving,this was not done,kept the stethoscope due to urgent need.Slow arival of package.
