Very good customer service. My texts were answered promptly and the item arrived quickly. My only minor complaint is they should have centered the engraving better.

Received my order within the timeframe listed, but it was incomplete. I emailed customer service and the missing item was sent imediately. This is the only reason I gave a rating of 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.

$200. for the Cardiology 4 stethoscope, is too much. You asked for my opinion, so Im giving it to you. Yeah, it works fine. And the personalized engraving is NOT BRIGHT enough! You ought to have been up front, straight, by informing customers that the personalized engraving is duller, blander than YOUR 3M Littman Cardiology 4 engraving! Dam!
