Hello, Thank you for your review. I'm afraid all of our delivery options do require a signature mainly due to the nature of the items we find that this a more secure method. i hope the items you have ordered are satisfactory and I hope we can be of service in the future. Kindest Regards Medisave Customer Services

Hello Saville I am sorry to hear you had issues with the delivery of your item. Unfortunately all of our postage methods do require a signature, we have chosen this option as the majority of goods we sell are expensive medical products and having a signature upon receipt is an extra security method to ensure that the parcel arrives to the right person. Kind Regards Medisave Customer Services

Hello, The Cardiology case is only designed to loosley fit the stethoscope it would not necessarily be a "snap in" fit. I am glad to hear that you love your stethoscope and I hope you get many good years out of it. Kind Regards Medisave Customer Services

Hello Salas I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the location of the engraving, there are pictures on the website which show the location of the engraving, so apologies if it may not have been too obvious. Hopefully you are happy with quality of the stethoscope and I hope it will last a long time for you. Kind Regards Customer Services
