I ordered a personalized stethoscope with brass bell and hunter green ( which I confirmed was the order on the waybill). They got the engraving right, but I got a army green stethoscope with slate grey bell. Not quite the color scheme I wanted - my stethoscope now is boring and blends in - I wanted something obvious because I have a tendency to leave my stethoscope behind in patient rooms - I thought if it was bright, I'd forget it less often. Oh well, I needed a new one because the tubing on my old one was cracked so I'll keep what I got but I am saddened to have such an ugly mix of colors.

I received a discount code from my school and I was told to put the code in the comments box on the check out page. I did this but was still billed the full price. This was over a week ago and I still have not received any communication from the company about the code and billing issue

Just got a email from FED Ex that another order is on the way. However, the 2nd order, supposedly, has not been paid for. I do not need this 2nd order. I could not find a way to delete an order. I created a trouble ticket with your help desk, about this 2nd order - I was never contacted. I doubt I will ever do business with you again.... Art Gallaghan

They were shipping out an item woerth less than $200. They insisted on having me physically at my house to get a signature. A signed door tag was not enough. The first time the UPS man did not leave it, then he did not return the 2nd time at the time promised, and I was going to be out of town for the 3rd event. There was nowhere to pick it up locally. The customer service rep at Medisave was totally unsympathetic and not helpful at all. The actual product's box was mangled when I eventually received it since it was not sent to me from Medisave in a box but only packed in a thin padded envelope,. The product was OK. I would not order from Medisave again because I do not think it is necessary to directly sign for this type of package, and their packaging was inadequate. The Medisave customer service rep, who said he was a manager, was rude and unhelpful. Leaving a signature on the door tag should be enough, or no signature at all, and packaging better is important. Overall, not a good experience.

This is probably the first review I've ever written, but I was quite disappointed that the box was damaged at the corner. Something, or someone tore through the packaging which is a manila envelope with bubbles inside, and through the box the stethoscope came in. Having to pay extra for shipping, I wish they would have used a box to secure the item. I'm sending it overseas to my sister as a birthday gift which is not as presentable as a gift should be. I guess the good news is that the stethoscope was not broken.

It's unclear whether this was the fault of the company or it's choice in shipping, either way it has been a hassle tracking down my purchase, and the item has still not arrived.

The time was good, fast and secure BUT I did not like that the online picture color is completely off from what it really is.

Their website advertises free engraving and when I ordered my littman electronic 3100 I chose to have my name engraved . Well I got the stethoscope and guess what, NO ENGRAVING. I guess since they offer the engraving for free they choose when it gets done. I would of even paid a little more for the personalization, but I will take my future business to a company that stands behind their word
