I searched all the websites side by side to find the best deal out there for the same product (Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope) and Medisave had the best price overall AND I got to personalize my stethoscope at a reasonable cost. Great job, looks great, came REALLY quickly in the mail (3-day delivery) with free shipping! (only thing that sucked was that I missed the delivery and had to schedule a redelivery with the post office, not too bad). By the way, LOVE my new stethoscope.
