I haven't gotten any feed back on my purchase. Would like better communication to ensure its shipped and it's whereabouts.

Wrong item shipped and they want me to pay shipping to return it before I get a refund. Their site and even their customer service told me after I received it that the stethoscope repair parts will fit the stethoscope I have and they do not. I have an older version of the stethoscope. I have both Classic II and Master Classic stethoscopes. I wanted a repair kit for either. They tried to tell me the S.E. fits both. It doesn't.

I misplaced my stethoscope at work and needed a new one urgently. After placing the order, I didn't get an oder confirmation and still waiting. It's been 3 days already. I tried contacting customer service via email and whatsapp, still awaiting a response. Meanwhile my account has been debited. I know the products are authentic but I have had the worst customer service experience.

Since June 12 and up to now still did NOT received my order. It is a graduation gift to a friend and party was last week. At first the color of stethoscope I chose is out of stock but still being advertised on their website with 6 more on stock. I change color to pink, hoping everything is fine but USPS tracking stops at 6/28 still in transit. I gave up and now you want review?

My serial number in my stethoscope is not working with the app for lithmann, i dont think its authentic, i ordered littmann 3200, so disappointed!

I received a littman stethoscope that I ordered from your website that doesn’t seem authentic. I have used and still use littman throughout my career and this stethoscope is different than any other stethoscope I have encountered in any of the units that I have worked in. It’s light weight, the tube is flimsy and cheap looking and it’s surface is not as shiny and smooth as other littman stethoscope. The diameter of the tube is thinner and Is longer than authentic ones. It came in an open box (I had it engraved so that’s understandable). It did not have replacement ear pieces. The rest of the stethoscope doesn’t seem brand new as it has minor scratches. I called your business twice and was placed on hold both times. I left two voice mails. No reply. I sent an email, also no response. I then was able to finally talk to a customer rep who was not helpful. He simply dismissed my concerns and passed the bucket on to littman and said “you had it engraved, there’s nothing we can do. All our stethoscopes are authentic. Reach out to Littman”. I reached out to littman and they want me to ship the stethoscope back to them to verify if it’s authentic. It’s a major headache for a simple product that I paid full price for and additional charge for engraving.

Ordered items not available. No notification until received a partial order. Ordered 25 received 2. These were essential medical items and delay caused serious consequences to health. Lead to infection from having to find and wait for new supplies.

Ordered and paid for same day engraving and next day delivery for an item for Mother’s Day! Didn’t get a notification until after they had closed that the item was out of stock!!! NO WHERE ON THE SITE DID IT SAY THIS PRIOR TO ORDERING! Now, it’s out of stock and they are closed with no quoted expected restock date! So, I’ve spend over $400 with no product! If you can’t guarantee your products, just shut it down! I paid for overnight shipping for a product that was OUT OF STOCK! Absolutely unacceptable!
