Time in transit can be confusing even in the best of times. These days we are seeing substantial delays with all of our carriers - especially USPS. I wish I had an explanation. It is highly recommended that, in times of very high order volume like this, that customers take advantage of the Rush Processing ($1.99) available at checkout.

Terrible customer service. It’s been over a month and still haven’t received my order. there’s plenty of other places that sell Litmann stethoscopes, pick a different one

No stars! My order was shipped by you to my billing address instead of my shipping address!! I spent over two hours today trying to contact you via telephone, WebChat, WhatsApp, e-mail and Facebook to no avail!

Sorry for the trouble with your order. As we discussed, that was the address you supplied when you placed the order online. Most customers are happy when their order ships quickly - I'm afraid that speed did not serve you in this case.

I ordered parts for my stethoscope on 11/02/2020 I have not received them, but my pay Pal account has been charged. No E-mail as to why and I'm unable to track my shipment. Also on the phone number when called I receive a message from Verizon "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."

Just had a lot of difficulty getting my order. Upon receiving it, we realized the engraving had an error. Not worth restarting the process so we’re just going to keep it and shop somewhere else to try again. Wish it could’ve went better.

Jay, I see that there was an issue with the stethoscope you originally ordered. Unfortunately, 3M Littmann has discontinued a large number of popular color combinations recently. I see that we changed your order to another color. I don't see any notes in our system regarding an engraving error. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a Littman 3200BNB (website said it was in stock) and after being charged and paying for express shipping it never shipped. Then received email stating there was an error in the payment method (even though credit card was already charged). After finally getting in contact with someone was told that really the issue was that the stethescope was out of stock and would be back in stock by the end of the week. Another week goes by, inquire again.... now told it would be the end of the following week. Another week... I go on the website to check my order status and my order has been canceled. Without so much as an email letting me know. I could have purchased a product from another retailer and would have already received it by now. Will never purchase from here again. What a waste of time.

Sara, I'm sorry you had what seems to be more than one issue with your order. We have had issues getting these electronic models from Littmann lately. It also sounds like there was a billing issue with this order. We have a very stringent security protocols for our online orders. We shipped to the address you supplied. As discussed, the address was incomplete and the agent receiving the package was given a tracking number which (inexplicably) did not match the tracking number on the shipment. We were able to give them a description and they were able to locate the package.
