Placing the order was simple, the cost was very reasonable and delivery was quick...faster than expected.

An item I required was out of stock, so I ordered a substitute. Two days later I received an email stating that the substitute was also out of stock. At the same time they were charging my card. I called about this and they said the charge would be removed in a day or two. So far, so good. I asked that they let me know when the original item I was seeking would be back in stock. They said they could not do this and I should just keep checking back. I asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor would email me when the item was back in stock. I asked that the supervisor email me a message to that effect and was assured I would receive such a message in the next half hour. More than an hour later, and still no email. The agent I spoke with was not in the least warm or caring and had to be prompted to give even a modicum of assistance.

Professionals, very efficient, and thorough all the over the process. They value customer satisfaction above all else is highly remarkable. On the whole I am happy using these services!!
